We love the items available on SCOUT and we want you to love them, too! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued.

All returns must be pre-authorized by phone (615.292.7775) or email prior to sending the merchandise back. Please provide us with the order number and a brief description of why you need to return the item. Returned merchandise must have all original tags, and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

SCOUT is not responsible for returns lost in transit; therefore, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking number capability. Please enclose the original packing slip with any returned merchandise, so that it may be quickly processed. Once items are received and processed, an exchange or store credit to SCOUT will be issued for the purchased amount, less shipping charges.

Please note all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from date issued.


Please include a detailed note of the item and size, if applicable, which you would like to exchange. The buyer will be responsible for shipping + handling fees.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us. SCOUT will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged or defective merchandise and issue an exchange as soon as we receive the damaged goods.
